About the Role:
Reporting to the Client Solutioning Manager we are seeking a Client Solutioning Lead to assist with the successful deployment of our investor onboarding platform. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in business analysis in a fund administration environment or investor onboarding, data migrations as well as software implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
* Provide pre-sales support, including setting up and maintaining demo environments and assisting with technical queries.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design customized solutions, map run books, and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Conduct GAP analysis to identify client needs, capture detailed requirements, and develop comprehensive business cases.
* Prepare and collate effort estimates to support solution proposals and client decision-making.
* Champion continuous improvement in solution design, business analysis methodologies, and client engagement strategies.
* Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for automation or efficiency improvements in the solutioning and implementation lifecycle.
* Oversee data migrations, including mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of data between systems.
* Determine and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on project status and client success metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with solution design, run book development, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to perform detailed GAP analysis and develop business cases.
* Hands-on experience with data migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
