We are looking for an experienced Teamleader Customer Service for our location in Mold (UK). The successful candidate will be responsible for control of the supply chain and to ensure efficient order taking deliveries from Mold plant.
It is also including all relevant treatments and customs law to highlight and execute solutions to mitigate problems and maintain customer service.

The Teamleader controls the customer team (7 fte) and reports to our Supply Chain Manager.

The core responsibilities for the Teamleader:

  • all customer services (order intake, team control, monitoring and improvement performance);

  • ensure suitable transport is contracted;

  • implement changes to process and people, to maintain and improve customer satisfaction;

  • achieve customer deliveries at highest quality/ least operating cost;

  • identify and recommend opportunities in Supply Chain to achieve cost reduction.
