Solar Energy Design Engineer (Hybrid)

In this role you translate initial system concepts into detailed construction-ready designs for PV, energy storage, and related performance projects across dairy, grower, cold storage, and food processing markets. You will produce permit-ready construction documents and guide projects through AHJ reviews, ensuring code compliance and practical, install-ready engineering. You’ll support field teams, review testing data, and share expertise to improve solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on engineering position with a focus on delivering scalable, compliant solar and ESS solutions that meet customer requirements and project timelines.
