In this role you drive the lifecycle and strategy for Swarovski’s Crystal Pearls and Crystal Jewelry Components, shaping a B2B portfolio for jewelry creators and expanding into new segments. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Production, and Supply Chain to deliver market-relevant, innovative solutions. You’ll balance long-term vision with near-term growth while monitoring trends, pricing, and performance. This is a chance to shape products for a global iconic brand and contribute to sustainable, customer-centric growth.

Responsibilites

Oversee product lifecycle management and ensure portfolio meets sales, cost, and profit targets
Define and implement assortment strategy, considering trends and pricing to enter new markets
Drive business development with markets, products, and key customers to identify growth opportunities
Manage international product developments and special customer requests with internal/external partners
Define pricing, value propositions, and monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Controlling, Segment Management, Communications, Production, and Supply Chain Management

Key requirements

First experience in product management or similar roles
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
Proactive, fast learner with hands-on approach
Fluency in English and German preferred; additional languages a plus
