As a Field Sales Executive, you will generate new business and manage a growing pipeline for Verisure’s monitored alarm solutions. You will combine self-driven field outreach with warm leads from a call centre, delivering on targets while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You design security solutions through on-site surveys and installations, turning engagements into sales. This role offers uncapped commission, a company car, and clear career growth within a global security leader.

Responsibilites
- Door-to-door prospecting to create new opportunities
- Convert warm leads into sales (typical 8–10 per month)
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Conduct on-site security surveys and tailor system designs
- Oversee product installations and manage post-sale service
- Convert call-centre leads into successful sales
- Develop a sales pipeline and ensure a strong customer experience
Key requirements
- Professional and customer service–focused attitude
- Passion for sales and good communication skills
- Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle (initial months)
- Previous sales or retail experience desirable but not essential
