You work closely with the field team to convert opportunities into installations, while delivering excellent service and security surveys tailored to each property. Responsibilites
- Generate new sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in businesses and residential areas
- Convert warm leads (8–10 per month) into sales using a direct, customer-focused approach
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Conduct on-site security surveys to tailor a system to customer needs and oversee installations
- Manage a sales pipeline with emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience
- Convert warm leads from the call centre into successful sales
Key requirements
- Professional, customer-service oriented attitude
- Passion for sales and strong communication skills
- Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle for initial months
- DBS check required for successful applicants
