As Outside Sales/Business Development Director, you drive growth by establishing and expanding referral networks in the Greater Boston area. You will partner with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community influencers to generate qualified leads and meet sales targets. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan outreach and events, manage the Business Development plan and budget, and maintain the CRM with influencer contacts. This role blends relationship-building with strategic outreach to enhance the community’s presence and impact.

Responsibilites

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and local community influencers
Attend industry and community networking events to generate referrals
Assist with special marketing events
Generate community referrals to meet sales targets
Develop networking plans with Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify targeted professionals and influencers
Maintain Kisco CRM database of influencer contacts
Create, implement and manage the Business Development plan and budget
Support the sales office to ensure exceptional service and responsiveness

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Two or more years of business development experience, preferably in the local community
Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups
Previous experience with seniors is a plus
Previous sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
