In this role you will drive growth in Schneider Electric’s Data Center and IT Cooling sector by managing strategic accounts and expanding our customer base. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to tailor cooling solutions using Motivair products. You will engage channel partners and distributors to solve complex business challenges at scale. This is a remote US-based role with travel, offering a pathway to shape solutions for enterprise customers and contribute to sustainability-driven growth.

Responsibilites
- Manage existing strategic accounts and grow revenue through executive-level engagement
- Penetrate management hierarchies to build high-level relationships
- Identify client needs and collaborate with the application engineering team to design solutions
- Prospect new customers and target opportunities using market insights and sales training
- Assess opportunities using CRM analytics and prepare business reviews and proposals
- Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve issues and educate customers on product advantages
Key requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermodynamics, or related tech
- Proven track record of >30% annual growth
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- CRM experience and strong MS Office skills
