In this role you drive the strategy, roadmap, and business results for Fluke Electrical Certification. You translate customer needs into differentiated solutions across hardware, software, and services, guiding NPIs through APM gates and optimizing product lifecycles to grow margin and customer satisfaction. You work with cross-functional teams to shape a comprehensive offering and ensure market success. Responsibilites

Define and own the strategy and 18–36 month roadmap for Electrical Certification workflows.
Lead the solution across hardware, software, and services to meet customer needs.
Engage VOC to translate insights into actionable product requirements for certification solutions.
Create and maintain PRS/CRS aligned with APM checkpoints.
Drive APM gates (Initiation Point, Announce Approval, Release Point, Sustainment Point).
Manage lifecycle activities: launches, updates, pricing actions, SKU rationalization, end-of-life decisions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on value propositions, pricing, and enablement content; support customer evaluations.
Monitor business health metrics (Bookings, Revenue, Margin, Backlog) and coordinate with Ops/Quality/Service.
Lead cross-functional cadences and escalations across engineering, operations, quality, service, finance, and regional teams.

Key requirements

5+ years in product management or related roles focused on Electrical Certification workflows.
Familiarity with Electrical Certification market, technologies, and workflows.
Education: Business degree with technical aptitude or Bachelor in Engineering.
Skills: requirements writing, business case development, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, clear technical communication.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%).
