Responsibilites

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management to meet defined sales, cost, and profitability targets
Define and implement assortment strategy considering trends and pricing for new markets
Advance B2B business development, expanding key accounts and tailoring product offerings
Define product pricing and value propositions while monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate across Segment Management, Communications, Production, Sales, Design, Controlling, and Supply Chain Management

Key requirements

Strong academic background (focus on marketing, international management, strategy and innovation preferred)
First experience in product management or similar role
Strategic mindset with analytical skills; long-term vision and short-/mid-term goals
Proactive, fast learner, and hands-on attitude
Fluent in English and German; additional languages and international experience a plus
