In this role you drive growth by sourcing and closing high-value partnerships with building owners to expand the IWG network. You operate across Yorkshire, leading negotiations and presenting a compelling value of the partnership, contributing to IWG’s global expansion and market domination in flexible workspaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor deals to partners’ needs and accelerate multi-market growth. This role offers high-visibility impact, strong commission potential, and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilites
- Agree high-value partnership deals to expand the IWG network in towns and cities
- Identify opportunities in commercial buildings across the region and close deals ranging from £250k to £1m+
- Demonstrate the value of the partnership proposition to B2B networks
- Source ambitious partners aligned with growth goals to drive rapid expansion
- Tailor business development approaches to partners’ commercial needs
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through detailed negotiations to signed agreements
