In this role you lead growth through high-value partnerships with building owners, driving the expansion of IWG’s global network of flexible-workspaces. You’ll hunt for opportunities, pitch the value of our partnership model, and close deals that widen our footprint across towns and cities. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, revenue-generating partnerships in a fast-moving market. Your mindset and energy help sustain IWG’s ambitious growth and industry leadership.

Responsibilites

  • Agree high-value partnership deals to establish new IWG locations across regions
  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities in various building types and convert them into partnerships
  • Present and demonstrate the value of the IWG partnership proposition to networks of B2B connections
  • Source and secure partners aligned with growth goals to accelerate network expansion
  • Tailor business development approaches to meet partners' commercial needs
  • Manage the end-to-end opportunity pipeline from initial contact to signed agreements
