Responsibilites

Drive sales performance by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and applying strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
Ensure all team members are trained in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
Execute ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per standards
Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and repeat business
Maintain elevated brand standards in merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
Uphold operational excellence by ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

Key requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in retail
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through leadership and customer engagement
Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications
Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
