Responsibilites
- Drive growth and execute the strategic plan for the marine division
- Open new markets and territories globally
- Recruit and onboard high-calibre Marine Producers Brokers
- Lead and develop the marine production team and partnerships
- Coordinate international travel and stakeholder engagement to secure business
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth with company targets and LTIP goals
Key requirements
- Proven track record as a marine producer/broker or equivalent leadership in marine insurance
- Leadership capability with experience scaling a division or team
- Ability to open and develop new markets internationally
- Willingness to travel internationally and be based within commuting distance to London
- Strong track record of delivering growth and meeting targets
