In this role you drive end-to-end managed services delivery for Luxembourg clients, ensuring SLA and contractual compliance. You lead a team of MS Client Delivery Specialists, build strong client relationships, and oversee service performance with a focus on continuous improvement. You partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and protect service quality and profitability. Responsibilites

Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and contracts are met.
Act as primary contact for client escalations and service improvement initiatives.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders; lead service reviews and reporting.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and additional value creation.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Delivery Managers.
Foster accountability and continuous improvement; ensure onboarding and development of team members.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and client outcomes.
Collaborate with technical, governance, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability of managed services contracts; monitor financial performance.

Key requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in IT service delivery, client management, or similar in Managed Services
Proven track record in client relationships and delivering high-quality IT services
Strong ITSM frameworks knowledge (e.g., ITIL)
Experience in cross-functional and/or multi-country environments is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing teams is highly desirable
Fluent in English and French
