In this role you will support the Connectivity sales operation by handling customer enquiries, producing accurate quotations, and guiding orders to closure. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions and improve the customer experience. The position offers growth in commercial and technical knowledge within a global leader in testing, inspection and certification. You will play a key part in driving enquiry-to-order conversion and sales growth in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilites
- Manage customer enquiries and prepare accurate, timely quotations aligned to KPIs
- Proactively track and advance quotations to closure, engaging with clients
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to gather information and deliver solutions-focused support
- Maintain and update CRM to ensure data accuracy for enquiries and leads
- Support sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to marketing initiatives
Key requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above)
- Engineering qualification (ideally to HNC level or above)
- Desirable: experience in a TIC-related business
- Driving licence for UK use
