In this role you design scalable, engaging digital learning within a Trust & Safety context to improve retention, transfer, and compliance. You work closely with SMEs, Training & Quality leads, and LMS owners to translate complex policies into effective learning journeys and assessments. This hands-on position combines instructional design discipline with practical e-learning development to support operational performance. You will shape onboarding, refresher training and certification programs, leveraging data to continuously improve outcomes. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on measurable learning impact.

Responsibilites

Design digital learning experiences that support on-the-job application
Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning theory)
Translate complex Trust & Safety topics into learning solutions
Develop interactive e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Create storyboards, scripts, wireframes, simulations, and assessments
Produce multimedia assets (video, animation, audio) and maintain reusable templates
Support LMS setup, testing, publishing, and version control; ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility
Design onboarding, refresher training, certification, and upskilling pathways
Design quizzes, knowledge checks, and scenario-based assessments
Measure learning effectiveness and maintain governance and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders across the full learning lifecycle and manage timelines in an agile environment

Key requirements

Minimum 3 years in instructional design, digital learning, or learning technology
Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning solutions in fast-paced environments
Strong background in curriculum design and assessment strategies
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar tools
Experience creating LMS-ready content (SCORM, xAPI)
Experience developing multimedia content (video, animation, interactive learning)

Strong stakeholder management and communication Ability to simplify complex topics into practical learning Planning, prioritisation, and project ownership Instructional design and adult learning principles Script writing and assessment creation Visual design and storyboarding
