Responsibilites

Project planning and coordination of infrastructure for each event
Manage suppliers for power, lighting, sound, water, and temporary structures; negotiate SLAs
On-site management, setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure; conduct site inspections
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues during events
Develop and manage event-specific infrastructure budgets; monitor and optimize costs

Key requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in infrastructure project management within events, catering, or live production
Strong technical knowledge of temporary event power, water supply, lighting, sound, and structures
Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
