In this global ERP-focused role, you align Aftersales Service processes with our enterprise architecture to enable efficient, customer-centric service delivery. You will drive continuous improvement, standardise processes, and empower teams through training and clear documentation. You’ll shape global service processes and contribute to Sonova’s transformation journey, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the hearing experience. You’ll work with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilites

Align global Aftersales Service processes with enterprise process architecture and ERP set-up
Define, harmonise, and maintain global ERP service processes, SOPs, and related KPIs
Act as a key interface between service operations and Finance, Engineering, SCM, SAP/IT, and Product teams
Contribute functional expertise to SAP and IT projects to improve lead time, cost efficiency, and business model changes
Support the development of aftersales service concepts for new products, channels, and business units and derive ERP system changes
Lead and strengthen a global community of regional and local key users and process owners
Drive process documentation, standardisation, training, and knowledge transfer globally

Key requirements

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
5+ years of combined business and IT experience translating business needs into ERP-supported processes
Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required) in a global environment
Strong background in change management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project execution
Excellent English communication skills
