In this role you will drive profitable new revenue from strategically important Enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships and coordinating across regional teams and third-party advisors. You will identify opportunities to pair IWG’s multi-product solutions with client needs, while ensuring consistent customer experience. The role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, account management and cross-functional collaboration to support growth across our enterprise portfolio. This is a mission-critical position for expanding IWG’s footprint in large corporate clients and multi-location deployments. Responsibilites

  • Develop, expand, maintain and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Generate profitable new revenue to achieve agreed sales targets on designated Enterprise Accounts
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships with designated accounts to understand customer needs across IWG solutions
  • Collaborate with assigned third-party advisors to create opportunities with their clients
  • Partner with Operations and Sales across geographies to ensure a consistent customer experience and plan solution development
  • Share customer feedback to drive service and solution improvements
  • Support other strategic business development activities as required

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • B2B solution/service sales and business development background
  • Ability to map product sets and contract structures with customers
  • Experience in a matrix organisational structure
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, closing large deals and exceeding targets
  • Proven track record in selling to large companies
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence up to board level
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial results-driven bias
  • Flexible, proactive, disciplined in business development
  • Motivated, self-reliant, ambitious and growth-oriented
