In this role you will drive financial and operational insight for business stakeholders using advanced data visualization. You will lead the development of dashboards and KPI packs to evaluate results and the impact of strategic initiatives. You’ll leverage BI tools to identify trends, automate reporting, and deliver actionable analytics. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality, and translate requirements into effective data sourcing and system solutions. This is a high‑visibility position shaping finance transformation and data‑driven growth at HCSG.

Responsibilites

Communicate financial and operational results to stakeholders with data visualization
Develop and maintain multifaceted dashboards and KPI reporting packages
Leverage data analytics tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze large data sets and generate operational reporting
Lead cross‑functional project teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze operations to define project scope and requirements
Translate information needs into data sourcing requirements for finance and technology teams
Document workflows and evaluate system capabilities to design and implement solutions
Proactively contribute to data management, ensuring data integrity and security for financial systems
Support and lead automation of manual processes

Key requirements

7+ years of FP&A or analytical experience in a large, multi-site corporation
5+ years of management experience
Proven project leadership with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Technology, Operations)
Finance Transformation experience ideal
Strong analytical skills for detailed financial modeling and strategic planning
Experience with BI systems (Sigma, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and data visualization
ERP platforms experience; Workday preferred
Advanced Excel and SQL familiarity
