As CREATE Program Manager, you’ll lead planning and execution of a multi-year industry program that develops new robotic products, services, and companies. You’ll coordinate robotics experts, entrepreneurs, and industry sponsors to deliver high-impact technical sessions and events. You’ll manage milestones, content, and stakeholder engagement to drive commercialization outcomes. This grant-funded role blends strategic program management with cross-functional collaboration to shape the robotics ecosystem. You will work with the Robotics Factory and IW teams to elevate industry solutions.

Responsibilites

Develop and execute a program strategy for commercial innovation in collaboration with IW and industry stakeholders
Coordinate events (panels, workshops, reverse pitches, networking) and manage content for technical sessions
Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, robotics professionals, and entrepreneurs
Manage sponsorship integration and partner contributions into the program
Create and maintain a detailed project plan with milestones and deadlines
Lead cross-functional collaboration for timely program delivery
Oversee presentation materials and ensure engaging, high-quality content
Coordinate venue, catering, A/V, and other operational logistics with the event team
Implement feedback mechanisms and apply learnings to improve future programs

Key requirements

10+ years in program management, preferably in technical or industry-focused events
Experience in robotics and automation or technical organizations
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or PMP certification preferred
Product Management, Innovation Management, or NPDP certification preferred
