Experteer Overview

As Head of Business Development, you will shape the operational marketing strategy and Sell Out activation plan for the Americas, aligning assortment, merchandising, promotion, and pricing. You will drive regional performance, manage budgets, and ensure brand visibility in-store and online. You will collaborate with multiple Sephora Collection departments to support markets and lead a capable team. This is a chance to influence cross-market growth within a globally respected beauty brand, delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilites

  • Co-build regional sell-out targets and monitor performance by market, channel, and category
  • Build the annual investment budget according to business priorities
  • Manage monthly marketing expenses budget follow-up and invoicing
  • Lead the 360 regional activation plan while applying global guidelines
  • Analyze and challenge forecasts
  • Ensure elevated brand image and visibility in-store and online
  • Oversee visual merchandising plans by season and fixture implementation
  • Interface with Sephora Collection departments (Ecom, Education, Product Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Provide operational support to markets (sampling, gratis plan, comps, ad hoc requests)
  • Manage a team

Key requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in key account, business management, operational marketing, or category management
  • Master’s degree level: business school or equivalent
  • Knowledge of North American and Latin American markets
  • Bilingual English with excellent expression and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Organizational leadership, proactivity, action-oriented, ability to manage multiple subjects
  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of media and CRM appreciated
  • Team spirit, initiative, curiosity, autonomy
  • Ability to travel abroad
