In this role, you support the Bid Delivery Office to win strategic opportunities for the IOH segment by shaping tailored proposals. You’ll work with commercial, product, clinical and operations teams to craft client-focused content that meets requirements and strengthens client relationships. The role blends project management with cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and renewals in a global health context. A strong emphasis on timely, high-quality bid delivery and stakeholder alignment provides a meaningful platform to shape how we present Cigna’s solutions to international organizations.

Responsibilites

Lead the end-to-end proposal process from intake to submission with timely, high-quality delivery
Create bid delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and owners
Define win themes and strategies by analyzing client needs in partnership with the commercial lead
Translate complex requirements into clear, persuasive client content and solutions
Coordinate communication across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Manage logistics for internal/external meetings, workshops, and pitches
Oversee sign-off processes and governance compliance
Support pipeline management and drive continuous improvement of bid processes

Key requirements

Strong project management skills with ability to multitask
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear proposals
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in proposal management, tender coordination, or commercial support (advantage)
