Responsibilites

  • Identify and engage new B2B clients committed to sustainability and renewable energy
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Co-pilot) to analyze market data, identify leads, and gain insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for retention and growth
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximise value for ENGIE and clients
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to develop lead-gen strategies and ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in the UK energy market, particularly in the retail segment
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management across multiple segments
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to plan strategically and deliver against ambitious sales objectives
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, ideally with energy market experience
  • Comfortable using digital tools and AI-powered platforms to enhance prospecting efforts
