As a Business Analytics Lead within Kramp's AI&T function, you drive smarter decisions by turning data into actionable business outcomes. You collaborate with Benelux leaders to diagnose challenges, document processes, and implement improvements that boost performance and growth. You bridge strategy, data, and execution, guiding cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete actions. This role offers impact across commerce and supply chain in a dynamic regional context, with a clear opportunity to shape how Kramp does business.

Responsibilites

Clarify complex data through research and trend analysis to support better decisions
Interpret issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions with measurable impact
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and procedures
Map current and future ways of working, identifying changes needed
Gather and translate business needs into concrete requirements via interviews and workshops
Lead and deliver small to medium projects from start to finish
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the Benelux Cluster

Key requirements

Bachelor or Master degree (preferred fields: Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related)
3 to 7 years of relevant analytical or business-focused experience
Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience in (strategy) consulting is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders at different levels
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, SQL, or Power BI
Supply chain knowledge is a strong asset
Excellent business insight, communication, and advisory skills
