Responsibilites
- Provide technical knowledge and support to sales, resellers, and customers during the pre-sales process to resolve product/service issues and maximize benefits.
- Assist customers in the sales process to maximize value from products and services.
- Manage pre-sales technical activities for development and implementation of complex products and solutions.
- Contribute technical input into bid proposals, projects, and technical documents within the sales cycle and identify additional opportunities.
- Develop detailed customer installation and system integration plans.
- Oversee pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Publish technical articles on specific applications.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to define new products.
- May serve as liaison on technical projects with customers.
- Provide product feasibility analysis to support sales efforts.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
- Operate across compatible technology applications and follow consistent processes, sharing best practices.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience
- Master's Degree with 5 years of related experience
- Ph.D. with 3 years of related experience
- 5 years of field sales engineering experience
- Fluency in English
