Associate General Counsel

In this role you support a national portfolio of property transactions, financing matters, and development activities within a commercial real estate organization. You will work closely with senior legal leadership and cross-functional partners to drive efficient deal execution and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You contribute to structuring acquisitions and financing and review due diligence and closing documents to mitigate risk. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping transactions and improving legal workflows in a fast-paced setting. You will be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external counsel, enabling smooth closing and down-the-line
