Responsibilites
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with civil procedure and regulatory requirements
- Provide sound legal advice on rights and obligations
- Assist in contract review and drafting of agreements
- Advocate for clients and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and strategy
Key requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong understanding of litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Proficient in case management and legal documentation review
- Experience or knowledge in insurance coverage, employment law, medical malpractice, and contract law
- Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
