Ce poste, qui inclut le contrôle qualité, comprend les missions suivantes :     1. Management de la sécurité alimentaire : Organisation et suivi de l’audit de certification BRC, Réalisation, des audits internes hygiène et GMP, Affichage Hygiène, Suivi des prestataires (analyse de fluides, lutte contre les nuisibles), Suivi et réalisation des formations GMP, sensibilisation du personnel, Revue du système HACCP, Validation du caractère alimentaire des équipements et des produits mis en œuvre, Suivi des validations de nettoyage.   2. Gestion des certifications produits : Validation des demandes avec le service R&D, contacts avec les organismes de certification, planification et gestion des audits sur site, suivi des productions des certifications : Bio Europe           National Organic Program Halal Kosher et Kosher passover   3.
