Our client are a family-owned building contractor specialising in social housing contracts & building projects.
They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Ensure project costings are met
- Reviewing and agreeing variations
- Managing claims and payments
- Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
- Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
- Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
- Agree final account, secure retention release
