What is the purpose of this role? Based from either Camberley or Hockford, you will be managing and co-ordinating a team of between ten and twelve technicians, driving performance and ensuring that we provide the highest possible standards of customer service. What will this role involve? Tracking and monitoring KPIs on an individual and team basis, you will take ownership of our financial targets and have responsibility for quality management and risk assessment.
