Job description Title: ADMINISTRATION TEAM LEADER Reports to: JCC Operations Manager Location: Yate (Oaklands) Job purpose: · To lead a team of administrators to achieve both personal and business objectives. To actively support the advisers in maintaining and developing Group Pension business. Key accountabilities: 1. Coaching – Coach direct reports to improve knowledge and skills to enable them to provide an effective support to advisers and clients. 2.
