Description Key Responsibilities: 1) Team Responsibility: In Delegate Sales Managers absence - keep team motivated and cover all aspects of sales team management Always lead by example in identifying and calling VIP prospects for each Forum Learn about all Forums run by Haymarket Events in order to give information to telemarketing team and answer delegate enquiries Be on hand to answer questions from the telemarketing team and monitor their progress - especially when Delegate Sales Manager is away from his/her desk Keep an ongoing log of call statistics to feed back to Delegate Sales Manager weekly 2) List management and reporting Identify VIP prospects to DM from master contact lists
