JOB PURPOSE : This role is to cover maternity leave. To provide consistency of approach to the Resourcing of Store Support Centre colleagues at all levels and ensure that future leaders are recruited externally to meet the needs of the business in delivering its objectives through consistent application of cost effective processes. OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITIES Determines Resourcing strategy and policy for the Store Support Centre to ensure that candidates are attracted and selected in the most appropriate manner, so that the required calibre and target numbers are achieved Collates Store Support Centre resourcing plan in conjunction with the divisional Business Partners Builds and oversees
