Based at our EMEA headquarters in Middlesex, we require a Compensation and Benefits Director with a consultative approach to lead our EMEA Reward strategy. Reporting to the VP HR EMEA and managing a team of two, this is a key role supporting international reward programs including salary structures incentive programs, stock options, job grading, pension/savings plans, health and welfare, international mobility and employee benefit plans. You would be responsible for standardising compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries working closely with the corporate compensation team and regional HR.
